Rabbits have a natural instinct to chew everything they see, newspaper included, so this is compleatly normal. As for healthy, it's probably okay in small amounts but too much of the ink might not be too good. Give her lots and lots and lots of cardboard and hay and straw and untreated wood and try using a litter box instead of newspaper. If you put loads of hay (preferbaly Timothy) in it, it's an extra insentive to go there, and its good for their digestion too.
